Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipping out. Delivery within Germany and the EU usually takes 1-3 additional business days after shipping (approx. €12), while international orders outside the EU typically take 5-14 business days depending on the destination, with costs calculated at checkout. All orders include tracking, and you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package is on its way.

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, no reason needed. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within a few business days.
